One word ****! Water heater wasn’t working (not hot water for shower) Bed mattresses had no support (felt like you fell into a hole) Designated whatsapp line by sevenstays for any communication is unrepsonsive. Booked 3 nights. Incurred all the above problems upon check in, no one came or responded to our whatsapp call for help, next morning couldn’t fix the issues. We had to move out. Scrambled to find somewhere last minute. STILL INSIST TO CHARGE FOR FIRST NIGHT. Don’t book anything provided by SEVENSTAYS.
